For Octopus Energy’s Equality Internship Programme event, we delivered a carefully curated catering experience that celebrated inclusivity, sustainability, and cultural diversity.

The menu was designed to reflect the diverse backgrounds of attendees, offering a wide range of options including plant-based, gluten-free, halal, and allergen-friendly choices. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients were used throughout, aligning with Octopus Energy’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

From globally inspired canapés to hearty street food-style bowls, the catering offered a relaxed, social dining experience that encouraged networking and conversation. Hydration stations with reusable glassware, ethically sourced teas and coffees, and low-waste packaging reinforced the event’s eco-conscious ethos.

Our team ensured that every dietary requirement was not only met but celebrated – creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every intern felt seen, valued, and well-fed.
